7Fathom Fillet Knife – 8Cr14MoV

A fillet knife built for the water and good looking enough to make people ask questions on the boat. The 8Cr14MoV stainless blade is thin, flexible, and purpose-built for the job, following a fish from tail to collar cleanly without tearing, with a corrosion resistance that handles saltwater and wet conditions without complaint. At 175mm it has the reach to work through larger fish without losing control.

The handle is where this one stands apart. Black G10 up front for grip and toughness, Laguna Dragon Juma on the butt for colour and character, with turquoise, black and yellow G10 spacers and liners running between the two sections. The close-up tells the whole story, this is a handle built with the same attention to detail as the blade. Carbon fibre pins and a lanyard hole finish it off for real-world use. Comes with a kydex sheath.
