7Reaper Boning - Nitro-V Stainless

A boning knife built for the work. The 7Reaper has a narrow, curved blade profile that gets into joints cleanly and follows bone without fighting you. Nitro-V stainless gives you outstanding corrosion resistance and a keen, lasting edge that handles repeated use in wet and bloody conditions without complaining. Satin finished and ready to work.

The handle is purple Grip-X on yellow liners, finished with carbon fibre pins and a lanyard hole. Grip-X is a patent-pending rubber and resin composite built specifically for knives that get used hard. It's completely waterproof and weatherproof, maintains grip when wet, and holds up in conditions that would compromise timber or standard synthetics. It's not like anything else on the market, and on a boning knife that's exactly what you want.
