8Fathom Fillet – Nitro-V Stainless

A fillet knife built for the water. The 8Fathom has the length and flex to follow a fish from tail to collar without tearing, and Nitro-V stainless is exactly the right steel for the job. Outstanding corrosion resistance in saltwater and wet conditions, a keen edge that holds up through a session, and easy enough to sharpen on the boat when you need to. Satin finished and ready to get wet.

The handle is crazy carta micarta, a layered composite that cuts to reveal a riot of colour through every layer. No two handles come out the same. It's grippy, completely waterproof, and tough enough to handle whatever a day on the water throws at it. Carbon fibre pins and a lanyard hole round it out for real-world use.
