Nitro-V is an excellent stainless steel, tight grain, outstanding corrosion resistance, and an edge that holds up and sharpens cleanly. The satin finish speaks for itself.

The handle is white linen micarta, tough, grippy when wet, and good looking enough to turn heads at the table. It won't warp, crack, or absorb moisture. Carbon fibre pins and a lanyard hole round it out for real-world use.
